Dear business relation,

The message our Prime Minister Mark Rutte gave was clear; a large proportion of the Dutch population must seriously take into account the fact that they will get the COVID-19 virus.

What does this mean for our company?
As the management of ADS van STIGT, we are responsible for two things;

1. The health or our own families, our employees, our business relations and the environment.
2. The continuity of the business.

Due to the recent Corona developments we are faced with the challenge to guarantee the points above. We also want to play our part in controlling the COVID virus, in addition to all of the measures taken by the RIVM.

Measures taken by ADS van STIGT

The management board of ADS van Stigt has decided to split up the daily activities.Office
One person from every department will be present in the office, the other employees will work from home. They can be contacted via their regular cell phone numbers and the general telephone number will also be available in the normal way.
To request a quotation or to order something, you can follow the normal procedure.

Sales field office

Until further notice, the commercial field office employees have been told to only make external visits when absolutely necessary.

Service (incl. field)

The Service department maintains a distance of at least two metres between people, in the workshop and elsewhere. We ask you to take this into account during on-site service. We are taking this action to be able to provide you with the service you are used to.

You can request service via +31 (0)183 650000 or via your regular contact person. In an emergency, outside of office hours we can be contacted on +31 (0)183 650028.

Factory

Of course we will do our utmost to meet all of our agreements, certainly regarding delivery times. Up to now, our plants continue to operate. If this changes, we will inform you.

These measures apply up to 6 April. After that, we will inform you of any further developments.

The coming time will be very challenging, but if we, together with you, do our utmost and continue to communicate effectively, we will be able to face this crisis together.
