ADS van STIGT was founded in 1970, aimed at the sale of reversing gears and gearboxes for the maritime industry. Now 50 years on this is still the main stay of our business, but many other products were added to our programme. Amongst others we supply planetary gearboxes, pump drives, control systems, monitoring systems, controllable pitch propellers, carbon fibre shafts, dampers, elastic couplings and sensors. Over the years with our partners we developed multiple electronic measuring-, control- and monitoring systems.

Our expertise ranges from pleasure to mega yachts, and from fishery to commercial shipping, dredging and industry.

In Europe we can be on location within 24 hours, and will travel all over the world to support our customers. We keep a large stock of products and spares, and same day delivery for standard products is often possible.
