ADS van STIGT offers a wide range of bridge control levers and processors for every type of control system: electric, mechanical, electronic, or a combination thereof. Our systems, based on the reliable processors from ZF Marine Electronics (formerly Mathers/ZF-Mathers), ensure maximum control and protection of engine and gearbox. Thanks to extensive configurable parameters, the captain maintains full control over the vessel.

MicroCommand

Controls engine and gearbox via servomotor.

TotalCommand

Engine control via CAN-bus, gearbox electrically operated.

ClearCommand

Mechanical and electrical control in various combinations.

CruiseCommand

Electrical control via mA, Volt, or PWM.

SmartCommand

Electrical control via mA, Volt, or PWM, also in combination with bow thruster.

MiniCommand

Electrical control via mA, Volt, or PWM, with one processor able to control two systems.

ThrusterCommand

Control of rudder and tunnel thrusters.

ZF Marine

ZF was founded in 1915 and launched its Marine division in 1963, specializing in steering and propulsion systems. In 2000, ZF acquired the company Mathers and integrated its expertise in electronic and processor-based control systems. These technologies now fall under ZF Marine Electronics and enhance control over rudder position and navigation direction.

Our workshop in Gorinchem is specially equipped for the maintenance of levers and processors. We have a large stock of spare parts and also offer mobile on-site service. Our technicians are certified by ZF in Italy.
