ADS van STIGT provides bearing monitoring systems from Dr. E. Horn that continuously monitor the condition of your installation with multiple sensors. By measuring the distance between the sensor and the crosshead, play and deformation are detected early—often the first signs of wear. At the same time, the system monitors temperature at multiple points to detect overheating or insufficient lubrication in time. A water-in-oil sensor monitors the moisture content in the oil, which is crucial to prevent damage to bearings and other components. If the manufacturer-set threshold values are exceeded, the system immediately triggers an alarm so you can take swift action.

Since 1962, the German company Dr. E. Horn GmbH has been supplying monitoring systems. The company offers solutions for monitoring vibration, temperature, pressure, fuel, oil, and oil mist.
At our workshop in Gorinchem, we maintain and test Horn systems, including climate chamber measurements. Our technicians, certified by Horn, also provide on-site service. As an official service center, we keep a large stock of detectors and parts.
